Our service uses Stripe for secure online payment processing. By subscribing, you agree to provide Stripe with valid and updated credit card information. You also authorize Stripe to charge your card for the subscription fees incurred.

Earring Subscription Delivery

Your subscription earrings will be shipped to you via DHL. The delivery schedule is based on the subscription plan you choose. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the package is handed over to DHL.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation requests must be received before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
